1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using ChronSync, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. ChronSync is operated by Leadare LP, trading as Leadetic, registered in Athens, Greece. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the service.
2. Service description
ChronSync is an AI-driven scheduling platform that provides calendar synchronisation, public booking pages, team scheduling, and integration with third-party calendar and video conferencing services.
3. Account responsibilities
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account.
- Each account is intended for use by a single individual or organisation.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable laws.
- Send spam, unsolicited messages, or abuse the notification system.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the service.
- Access the service through unauthorised means or exceed permitted usage.
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.
5. Third-party integrations
ChronSync integrates with third-party services including Google, Microsoft, Zoom, and Apple. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective providers’ terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability or functionality of third-party services.
6. Intellectual property
The ChronSync name, logo, and branding are the property of Leadare LP. You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent. Content you create or upload through the service remains yours.
7. Limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leadare LP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. You may delete your account through the settings page or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice via email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
